Dr. Jamshed Arslan

Dr Arslan obtained Ph. D. in Health Sciences from Aga Khan University with a focus on neuropharmacology. After completing his Ph. D, he worked as a Researcher in University of Alabama, Birmingham, USA, where he studied mitochondrial signaling in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis in C. elegans; has over 10 years of teaching experience.

Dr. Arslan is skilled in conducting basic and clinical research. His research interests include Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, behavioral analysis, learning and memory, neurodegeneration, animal models and natural products. His contributions are well reflected in his following publications:
