    Transfer Candidate

    Eligible candidates may apply for transfer of courses from other universities to any of SHU’s degree programs
    The University reserves the right to accept or reject the applications of all or any such candidates
    The University may consider waiving off the SHU Aptitude Test on a case-to-case basis for such candidates. However, the concerned candidates will be required to appear for an interview and also to provide valid transcripts of the courses undertaken/credits achieved at their previous institution
    The decision of whether or not to accept any transfer credits rests with the Transfer Committee
    A minimum of 50% of total degree credits must be completed at SHU
    The courses transferred shall be recorded in the student’s Final Transcript as being transfer credits

    Test Guidlines

    Test will have different sections according to the programs:

    File could not be opened. Check the file's permissions to make sure it's readable by your server.

    * ALL: Includes Science, Commerce, Arts, and other disciplines.
    * Intermediate examination with mathematics or equivalent qualification with mathematics certified by IBCC.

    General Instructions

    1. There is no negative marking.
    2. Time allowed for the test is 60 + 30 minutes.
      1. MCQs part is of 60 minutes, candidates are allowed to move forward and backward among the section within question booklet.
      2. 30 minutes allocated for essay section.
      3. Candidates shall follow the announcements of instructor related to timings etc.
    3. All MCQs shall be attempted on computer
      1. You can go back and forth, if you want to select a different option
      2. A paper will be provided for all the rough work related to the questions.
      3. Possible choices of answer are indicated against options A, B, C, D.
      4. Candidate must not open any other screen or application e.g. Calculator, browser etc.
    4. Candidates are required to show admit card and original CNIC (or other proof of identification) to the invigilator.
    5. Candidates are not allowed to bring following articles at the test venue
      1. Mobile Phone
      2. Calculator
      3. Stationery Items. (Requisite stationery shall be provided by the SHU)
      4. Food items.
      5. Books, tables, charts or notes etc.
    6. Candidate found using unfair means (cheating or talking to other candidate etc.) during the test, will lead to the cancellation of concerned candidate’s aptitude test.
    7. Disciplinary issues (misbehavior, creating disturbance and misconduct etc.) will not be tolerated and the concerned candidate will be required to immediately leave the examination hall along with cancellation of his / her paper.
    8. Candidate looking into the screen of another candidate will be disqualified immediately
    9. Candidates are required to appear in an interview in the department for which he / she has applied.
    10. Successful candidates list will be displayed on notice board and uploaded on the SHU website on the next day of interviews.
