Diabetes Awareness & Consultancy Session

The Faculty of Pharmacy, Salim Habib University, organized a Center of Learning and Teaching (CLT) Consultancy Workshop titled Unlocking Healthy Aging: A Diabetes Awareness Session in commemoration of World Diabetes Day on Friday, November 15, 2024.

The interactive workshop, held in collaboration with the Primary Care Diabetes Association (PCDA), Hilton Pharma, and Dr. Essa Laboratory & Diagnostic Center, featured Dr. Riasat Ali Khan, Consultant Endocrinologist, Primary Care Diabetes Association (PCDA) and Dr. Ayesha Abbas, Consultant Nutritionist, Medilink and South City Hospital, and also allowed participants to avail themselves of free screening and consultation for blood glucose level, cholesterol level, blood pressure, HbA1c, and BMI.
